Review the visa requirements to find out your “VISA TYPE” with regard to your purpose of visit to the Russian Federation.

2. Make your visa application by post or Apply in Person at the Visa Application Centre.
3. After submission
You can check the processing time of your visa in the related Visa categories.
Please note that in order to collect your passport at the Visa Application Centre you will need to present the original receipt given to you during the submission, which will be collected from you as a proof of delivery of your passport. Please make sure you have a copy if you require it for your records.
If you do not have the original receipt, please ensure to provide your photo ID.
If you wish to nominate somebody to collect the passport on your behalf, please ensure they carry the original receipt.
It is the applicant’s responsibility to check the validity of the visa issued to ensure that it covers the period of stay requested, the number or entries required, and that it is valid for the purpose of trip immediately after collection of the passport. The Embassy of the Russian Federation in the Republic of Austria will accept resubmission of passports for correction on the day of the passport collection only.
